These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Accessdash website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of our services.

Services and Payments

We offer various PR, media relations, and communication services as described on our website. Specific service agreements, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual proposals. Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the commencement of work. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and strategies created by Accessdash for our clients remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, ownership of all original works created for the client is transferred to the client. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our proprietary material without prior written consent.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful collaboration, you agree to provide accurate information and necessary access to your brand assets, respond promptly to requests, and adhere to agreed timelines. Accessdash is not liable for delays or failures caused by missing information or client-side approval bottlenecks.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as media placements or social engagement metrics. Accessdash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Accessdash may suspend or terminate access to services if these terms are violated.
